Cosmic Canvas (the “Software”) is sold and provided by Daniel Dinkelman (“we,” “us”). By purchasing or using the Software you agree to the terms below. Questions: mythmaster@mythological.center.
A one-time license to download and use the Cosmic Canvas desktop application, at the edition tier you purchase (Founder, Studio, or Practitioner). Each edition’s included features and update term are described on the product page. This is a perpetual license to the version you buy plus updates released during your edition’s stated update term — not a subscription.
Across all editions you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Software itself or your license key; reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law; or remove proprietary notices. Your license may be validated to confirm eligibility for updates.
We offer a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. Because the Software is delivered digitally with a license key, a refund request should confirm that the license will no longer be used, and we may deactivate the associated key. To request a refund, email mythmaster@mythological.center with your order reference (shown on your confirmation page and receipt). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After payment you’ll reach a confirmation page with your download, and your license key is sent to the email used at checkout (typically within a few hours). If anything doesn’t arrive, email us and we’ll resend promptly.
Cosmic Canvas is an organizational inspection and decision-support tool. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and it does not guarantee any business outcome. Its twelve-house structure is an inspection framework (a taxonomy), not a claim of predictive or ontological fact. All diagnoses are advisory; you make every decision.
The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cosmic Canvas is local-first: your organizational data is stored on your own device by default, and the app contains no hidden telemetry. Optional AI features are off unless you enable them and transmit nothing without your explicit, per-analysis consent.
For purchases, payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your card details. From a purchase we receive your email address and order information in order to deliver your license, provide support, and meet legal/accounting obligations. To request access to or deletion of the personal data we hold about your purchase, email mythmaster@mythological.center.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
